At MY Hearing Clinic, we have produced an unrivalled aftercare programme to ensure we commit to continuing to work together to keep your hearing at its best.
Quality hearing aids are sophisticated and innovative pieces of technology that, when properly cared for, will give you years of improved hearing. For this reason, we see hearing aids as an investment in your hearing health.
Your hearing will continue to change, just as other elements of physical health. This means you will require regular hearing checks and your hearing aids will require periodic maintenance and adjustment throughout their lifespan.
At MY Hearing Clinic we want you to be reassured that your care doesn’t end once you leave the clinic. All of our hearing aids come with a full aftercare programme and comprehensive care package, ensuring your needs are monitored and met at all stages of your care with us.
Hearing Aid Repairs and Adjustments
Repairs
Whether due to accidental damage or just general wear and tear, hearing aids, like any other technological device, can sometimes require repair. Our team is on hand to help when needed!
Bring your hearing aids along to us and we can assess, diagnose, and address any problems your hearing aids may face. Where possible, our well-equipped expert team will aim to resolve the issue in-house. If however, we should need to return your hearing aid to the manufacturer, you can be assured we will work closely with them to get your hearing aid back in working order and returned to you as soon as possible.
Adjustments
Are your hearing aids no longer meeting your hearing needs? This could be due to changes in your hearing and it may be necessary to make some adjustments to ensure you continue to hear at your best. As part of our Aftercare Programme, you will be invited for a complimentary annual review which includes:
- Ear examination
- Retest of your hearing to check there have been no changes
- Your hearing aids will be tested and any adjustments required will be made to ensure they are optimised for your audiological profile
- We will provide information on the latest hearing technology available from the major manufacturers

I visited the My Hearing Clinic knowing I needed a hearing assessment but thinking it was just a build up of wax. It came as a shock that I heard a hearing loss which needed addressing. The service I received from Andrew was outstanding! He explained my hearing loss and went through all my options. Absolutely first class treatment and experience at this wonderful clinic. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly Mr Morgan the consultant was lovely explaining everything. Visited clinic today with a totally blocked left ear. Had micro suction to remove a huge build up of ear wax. It was over in minutes. Excellent, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Would recommend 100% Worth every penny!
